"I wish the pricing had been a little..."
I wish the pricing had been a little more obvious before I got to checkout. The final cost wasn’t a total shock or anything, and I went ahead with it in the end, but it would’ve been nice to know exactly what to expect sooner.

"I tried testmaxprep for a little while, but..."
I tried testmaxprep for a little while, but the answer explanations felt thin. A lot of the time it would just tell me which answer was right without really breaking down why the other options were wrong, which is what I actually needed. The timing was frustrating too, because I’d be trying to squeeze in studying when I finally had a free moment, and the material just didn’t give me enough detail right when I needed it most. For the price, I expected a lot more. It’s not terrible, but it wasn’t enough for me.

"The price felt way too high for what..."
The price felt way too high for what I actually ended up using. It wasn’t terrible, but I didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth. What bothered me even more was the careless handling, it just didn’t seem like much attention or care was put into it. Overall, not the worst experience, but definitely not worth the cost for me.

"Frustrating app experience"
I was already in a tired mood when I sat down to study, and this app made it worse. The lessons themselves might be decent, but getting through them is such a hassle. It freezes, some buttons don’t respond when you tap them, and trying to find where I left off feels way more annoying than it should. I ended up spending more time fighting with the app than actually learning.

"Support came at the worst time and didn’t help"
I reached out to customer service with what I thought was a simple question, and the timing made it even more annoying. I needed a clear answer right then, but the replies were slow and felt like copy-paste responses. By the time they got back to me, it still didn’t really answer anything. Frustrating experience overall

"Live Classes Were Decent, but Honestly a Bit of a Rollercoaster"
I tried the live classes for a few weeks, it was kind of a mixed bag. The teacher definitely knew what they were talking about and did answer questions, but some sessions felt like we were sprinting through the material like there was a fire alarm going off.

The best part for me was having an actual time to show up, because without that I would’ve absolutely fallen off the face of the earth motivation-wise. But sometimes the explanations moved so fast that I found myself just sitting there blinking at the screen, and the replay ended up being way more helpful than the live class itself.

Overall, it’s not bad at all, just not the amazing live class experience I was hoping for. For the price, I really expected more interaction and a little more breathing room. I’d probably give it 3 stars.

"I really needed a little more time, but..."
I really needed a little more time, but there was no way to extend my access. Frustrating. Especially when you're right in the middle of something.

"Videos were kind of hard to follow"
I really wanted to like testmaxprep, but honestly... the video lessons just weren’t super clear for me. Some of the instructors talked fast and seemed to jump from one idea to another, so I found myself rewinding a lot just to keep up.

The material is probably helpful, but the way it was explained felt a little messy at times. For what it costs, I expected the videos to be easier to follow and more straightforward.

"Convenient for phone studying, just a little clunky"
I used TestMaxPrep mostly on my phone, it was handy for those random pockets of time, waiting around, sitting somewhere for a few minutes, that kind of thing. The lessons usually loaded without any issues, and not having to pull out my laptop every time was a big plus.

That said... the app/site did feel a little clunky here and there. Switching between things wasn’t always as smooth as I wanted, which got annoying during longer study sessions. For quick studying, it worked well enough, but if I’m really sitting down to focus, I’d still rather use the desktop version.

"Pretty useful tips, especially if you tend to overthink"
I actually found their exam strategy advice really helpful. I’m the kind of person who gets stuck trying to solve every hard question perfectly, so the tips about moving on and managing time definitely clicked with me. It wasn’t flawless or anything, but for my style of studying, it was useful overall.

"The instructors definitely knew their stuff..."
The instructors definitely knew their stuff, but the whole thing felt rushed. I felt a bit misled because I expected there to be more support and substance beyond just the teaching.

"Pretty reliable overall"
I used TestMaxPrep for a few months, it worked well for me. The videos loaded quickly, and I didn’t run into many login problems. There was one time the app froze in the middle of a practice set, which was annoying, but it was fine after I restarted it. Overall, the tech side’s solid, just not totally perfect.

"Progress tracking is unreliable"
I kept noticing my progress numbers didn’t match what I’d actually completed, and some finished lessons just weren’t showing up. It made studying more confusing than it needed to be. I reached out to support, but it didn’t really get resolved, so it kind of felt like they already knew about it and just didn’t have a real fix.

"Not really worth it for me"
I used TestMaxPrep for about a month, i mostly remember feeling lost. The videos were fine from what I can recall, but nothing really clicked for me. What stands out more is waiting a long time for support to get back to me and the app glitching when I was trying to study. Maybe there were some useful parts, but I don’t remember them enough to say it was worth the money. I ended up regretting paying for it.

"Did anyone else feel the course was outdated?"
I’m not sure if it was just me, but a lot of the lessons felt shallow and a bit outdated. I was hoping for more hands-on practice that would actually help me apply the material, but it didn’t really get there for me.

"I signed up for TestMaxPrep tutoring hoping it..."
I signed up for TestMaxPrep tutoring hoping it would actually help clear things up for me, but it didn’t make much of a difference. The sessions felt basic, like we were just going over stuff I already kind of knew, and I still left feeling stuck. It also felt rushed and not really tailored to what I needed help with. On top of that, the reminders were way too aggressive, constant emails or messages like I was going to forget every five minutes. For the price, I expected a lot more. I wouldn’t use it again.

"Study plan felt a bit all over the place"
The lessons themselves were okay, but the study plan felt kind of messy to me. Like, I wasn’t always sure what I was supposed to focus on each day, so I ended up jumping around a lot. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not as helpful as I hoped it would be

"First impression was solid, and my score improved"
My first impression of TestMaxPrep was that it felt easy to jump into, which made a big difference for me. I used it for about 2 months, mostly studying on my phone whenever I had time, and my LSAT practice score ended up going up 7 points.
The lessons were clear overall, though a few explanations felt longer than they needed to be. I also ran into a couple small app glitches here and there, so I’d give it 4 stars, but it definitely helped me a lot.

"I still felt lost afterward. I was..."
I still felt lost afterward. I was hoping for clearer help, but instead I got transferred around, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. By the end, I didn’t really feel any more confident than when I started...

"Still waiting on my refund"
I got charged when I shouldn’t have, and the whole billing process has been frustrating. I’m still waiting for my refund, which is disappointing because other companies I’ve used usually sort this kind of thing out much faster. Hoping they fix it soon, but right now it’s been a hassle.
